Peter has been great! From our first interaction, Peter has been very professional, helpful. He helped guide us through our purchase of a new HVAC system without being pushy. Made sure we knew all about meeting codes for what we were looking for. After system was installed, Peter still answered our questions and continued to guide us through the inspection and permit process. The installation team was very professional and thorough. We decided to go with the Omega Industrial Heating & Air Conditioning. We had Peter out to give us a estimate on a new system, he was very through and explained all options. The technicians were on time and so polite and careful when moving all that equipment in and out of our home. They did an outstanding job and our home was noticeably more comfortable on the first evening. They all took time to help us set up the programmable thermostat. We called them when our AC was leaking, they came in and repaired it that same day. They were amazing, honest, professional and affordable! 5 stars service, will hire the again. I highly recommend them
Great company! They were able to set up an appointment right after the quote and their pricing was very reasonable. The person who gave us the quote, was thorough in helping us understand our options and made sure what we were purchasing met our needs. The crew arrived on time and were able to complete the installation of our new HVAC by early afternoon. The crew was professional and made sure our questions were answered before they left.
